Returns & exchanges

Need a different size or colour, or changed your mind? Email support@cleocamp.com within 7 days of delivery (or of buying in person). Items must be unworn.

Exchanges: No fee. Tell us the size or colour you'd like and we'll send it once your return arrives.

Refunds: Back to your original payment, minus a 10% restocking fee.

Put your name and order number inside the package, please. 

You item hasn't shipped yet? Email us to cancel it, and as long as it hasn't left the mail room, we'll refund it in full, no fee.
