These terms apply when you shop at cleocamp.com, which is run by Cleo Couture LLC, 1667 N Main St, Los Angeles, CA 90012. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and include any discount shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when we email you. If something goes wrong on our side, such as a pricing error or an item we can't supply, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Pre-orders
Some pieces are made after you order them. The product page gives an estimated ship date. If it changes, we'll email you. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
Cancelling
If your order hasn't shipped, email support@cleocamp.com and we'll cancel it and refund it in full, with no fee. Once it has shipped, it's a return.
Returns and exchanges
You have 7 days from delivery (or from buying in person) to ask for a return or exchange. Items must be unworn. Exchanges are free. Refunds go back to your original payment, minus a 10% restocking fee.
If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or faulty, there's no fee, and we'll refund your return postage when the parcel reaches us.
**Final sale:** Cleo Special items, sample sale pieces and custom made-to-order pieces can't be returned or exchanged, unless we made a mistake with them.

Shipping and duties
We ship from Los Angeles. International prices don't include import duties or taxes. These are set by your country's customs, collected by the courier on delivery, and paid by you. Parcels refused because of duties are returned to us, and the original shipping cost won't be refunded. See our Shipping Policy.
Colour and fit
We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but screens vary and colour may look slightly different in person. Check the size guide on each product page before you order.
Our content
The photos, designs, text and logos on this site belong to Cleo Couture LLC. Please don't copy or use them without asking us.
Liability
We're responsible for getting your order to you as described. We aren't liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
